RIVERSIDE CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that Riverside cancellation policy is up to 12 noon of the tenth day prior to arrival for a one room booking and 28 days for a multiple room booking. After this, we will endeavour to re-book the room(s) but you may have to pay either part or all of the total amount if we are unable to do so. As a reservation is a legally binding contract and if there is a possiblity of cancellation, it may be helpful to consider taking out appropriate holiday insurance.
